Kjell Arne Bratli

Kjell Arne Bratli (born August 25, 1948 ) is a Norwegian author, officer and military commissioner of the Norwegian Parliament from 2006-2014.

Life

Bratli was a captain in the naval service and an officer in special assignments. Its missions occurred during the Cold War in Europe as well as in Afghanistan and in the countries in the Middle East.

He was then head of APIC Nord ( NATO Press and Information Service) and advisor to the Labor Party in Parliament from 1978 to 1981, as well as advisor to the Presidium of Parliament from 2003 to 2006. He is a member of the exclusive “The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews ”, the Scottish golf club founded in 1754 and the leading authority on golf.
