Kjell Rasmussen
Kjell Rasmussen (born October 5, 1927 in Trondheim ) is a Norwegian diplomat .
Rasmussen earned the degree magister artium (mag. Art.). From 1956 he worked for the Norwegian Foreign Ministry, including from 1978 to 1981 as chief of protocol. From 1981 to 1986 he was Norwegian Ambassador to Greece , then from 1989 to 1994 in Finland .
