Klaas Henricus Dominicus Maria Dijkhoff (born January 13, 1981 in Soltau , Germany ) is a Dutch politician of the VVD . He has been a member of the Second Chamber since March 23, 2017 and Chairman of the parliamentary group since October 26, 2017.
In the Rutte II cabinet , he was State Secretary for Security and Justice from 2015 to 2017 and, after Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert's resignation, briefly Minister of Defense .
From 2010 to 2013. Dijkhoff was VVD group chairman of the council of Breda .
Dijkhoff studied law at the University of Tilburg .
