With the name Class of Skyphoi A2 (English Ure's Class of Skyphoi A2 ) a class of Attic - black-figure Skyphoi defined by its shape and decoration system is referred to. It is found in the last quarter of the 6th century BC. And is to be placed chronologically after the class of the Skyphoi A1 and before the Skypoi of the Class A3. One skyphos of the type was found in Rhitsona in Boeotia , and another in Berezan . The vessels have black lips with a groove below the concave edge. The lowest part of the wall of the vases remained undecorated. The piece from Rhitsona shows three naked young men standing, other pieces depict courtship games, satyrs and maenads and other scenes; the quality of the drawing is of poor quality.

The name goes back to Annie D. Ure and Percy N. Ure , other pieces were assigned to the class by John D. Beazley .
