Klaus-Jürgen Green

Klaus-Jürgen Grün (born April 16, 1957 in Hanau ) is a German philosopher.

Life

His studies in philosophy, history and mathematics, completed from 1983 to 1987 at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, built on vocational training in the chemical industry. The doctorate to Dr. phil. took place in 1992 with Alfred Schmidt . During the preparation time for the habilitation in Frankfurt am Main, the study From the immobile mover to the moving force was created between 1993 and 1999 .

Klaus-Jürgen Grün is an adjunct professor at the Institute for Philosophy at Goethe University. In the 1990s he was co-editor of the journal System & Struktur (New Journal for Speculative Physics) , which was founded and edited by Rainer E. Zimmermann .

Grün has been a member of the Masonic Lodge Zur Einigkeit in Frankfurt am Main since 1991 , and has been Vice President of the Masonic Academy of the Old Accepted Scottish Rite since 2000 . In addition, from 2007 to 2016 he was master of the Bayreuth-based Masonic Research Lodge Quatuor Coronati .
