Klaus Bliesener (lawyer)

Klaus Bliesener (born July 6, 1932 in Berlin-Spandau ) is a German lawyer and former judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Career

Bliesener passed the legal state examinations in 1955 and 1960 in Erlangen and Munich, each with “fully good”. From 1955 to 1960 he was assistant to Karl-Heinz Schwab at the University of Erlangen. In 1961 he joined the Bavarian judicial service. He initially worked as a public prosecutor and from 1964 as a district judge in Munich (jury court). From 1967 until his appointment to the higher regional judge in 1970 he was chief magistrate in Roth and Schwabach. From 1965 to 1974 he headed traineeship working groups in Nuremberg, from 1970 onwards as a full-time working group leader. During this time he was also the examiner for the 1st state examination in law. From 1971 to 1974 he was given teaching assignments (criminal law exercises) at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg .

Bliesener had been a member of the Federal Court of Justice since 1975. He was assigned to the VII Civil Senate , which is responsible in particular for legal disputes arising from contracts for work and services , to which he was a member until his retirement on February 29, 1996 - as deputy chairman since 1988. He was also used as an investigative judge in 1975 . Since 1981 he has been a member of the joint senates of the highest federal courts. From 1989 to 1994 he was a member of the judges' council. In his more than 20 years at the Federal Court of Justice, he has devoted himself particularly to the further development of private building law and architectural law. He penned many important decisions in these areas of law. Since 1980 he was chairman of the arbitration committee according to the labor law regulation law of the Evangelical Lutheran.
