Klaus Dieter Mund

Klaus Dieter Mund (* 1969 in Cologne ) is a German film , television and theater actor .

Life

After graduating from high school and a year at the Ford factory in Cologne , Mund studied economics . From 1998 to 2001 he completed his acting studies at the drama school of the Theater Academy in Cologne . For several years he received acting coaching from the actor Hanfried Schüttler .

Mund had theater engagements at the Cologne Academy Theater (2001), at the Reutlingen City Theater “Die Tonne” (2003) and several times at the Fürth City Theater (first time in 2004). In 2006 he played the bride's father in Brecht's petty bourgeois wedding there . He took part in Brecht's play Die heilige Johanna der Schlachthöfe in a touring production of Euro-Studio Landgraf . He performed in this production in the 2006/07 season from January to March 2007 at the Grenzlandtheater Aachen . In September 2008, Mund played the crier in Marat / Sade at the Russian National Theater in Kiev as part of the “German Culture Weeks in Ukraine 2008”.

In film and television, where he took on guest and episode roles in various TV formats, mouth was mainly used as a supporting actor. In the ZDF documentary series “Germany's Big Clans” he played the entrepreneur Karl Albrecht in the film Die Aldi-Story . In 2017 he appeared in the RTL series Unter Uns in several episodes as the father of the street girl Manu.

Mund also works as a speaker and promotional actor. He lives in Cologne.
