Klaus Doppler

Klaus Doppler (* 1939) is a German manager- trainer, organizational consultant and author of several non-fiction books. He became known through his contributions on the subject of change management , which deals with the control of change processes in companies. His book "Change Management" has been translated into several languages ​​and is considered a classic. Doppler is a co-founder of the magazine “Organizations Development” (specialist publisher of the Handelsblatt GmbH publishing group).

Klaus Doppler first studied theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. He then completed a psychoanalytic training and began studying psychology at the University of Salzburg , which he completed with a doctorate. Since 1972 he has been working as a freelance trainer and consultant.
