Klaus Ladage

Klaus Friedrich Ladage (born May 18, 1942 in Scherfede ) is a German lawyer.

Life

Ladage studied in Freiburg / Breisgau, Bonn and Cologne and worked between 1966 and 1975 as a research assistant at the chair for criminal law at the Ruhr University in Bochum .

Klaus Ladage , who has a doctorate, began his professional life as a judge in the Essen Regional Court . In 1972 he was appointed judge at the regional court . He was also responsible for the legal clerk training. As part of a delegation, he worked for the Minister-President of North Rhine-Westphalia from 1975 to 1977. Appointed judge at the regional social court in October 1978 , followed in March 1988 by his election as judge at the federal social court (BSG). He initially developed his judicial work there in the 9th Senate, in which he was concerned with the subject of social compensation law. Further stations from 1992 were the 3rd Senate and the 14th Senate. At the same time, he was also a member of the Judicial Examination Office (JPA) at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court for the first state legal examination. On July 1, 1997, he was appointed Chairman of the 3rd Senate at the BSG. On June 1, 2007, Ladage retired.
