Klaus Märkert is a German writer. He has published three novels and three volumes of short stories .
Life
Klaus Märkert studied law and social work . He worked as a street worker , taxi driver and DJ . In 1984 he was one of the founders of the Bochum dark-wave discotheque incident . Klaus Märkert lives in Bochum . Together with Myk Jung , the reading series organized Schementhemen . Klaus Märkert is the brother of the writer Peter Märkert .
