Klaus Notheis

Klaus Notheis is professor for municipal business law and municipal law at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences and was president of the Baden-Württemberg municipal examination institute from 2009 to 2017.

Life

After an administration apprenticeship with the city of Karlsruhe , studies at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences and professional experience in the Karlsruhe financial administration and as treasurer of Rheinstetten , Notheis was appointed professor to Kehl, where he taught until 2005. Then Notheis moved to Bruchsal as "Project Manager Doppik " and from 2007 to 2009 took over the post of city treasurer there. In addition, Notheis was a member of the municipal council in Graben-Neudorf from 1994 to 2005 and a member of the district council of the Karlsruhe district from 1999 to 2009 At his own request, Notheis retired in spring 2017. The previous mayor of Dielheim , Hans-Dieter Weis, is his successor as president of the community examination institute.
