Klaus Pohle (lawyer)
Klaus Pohle (born November 3, 1937 in Potsdam ) is a German lawyer , economist and manager .
Career
From 1982 to 2003, Pohle was Chief Financial Officer of Schering AG , and from 1989 he was also Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Since 1986 he has been honorary professor for auditing at the Technical University of Berlin . After leaving Schering, he was President of the German Standardization Council until the end of 2005, which was the central body of the German Accounting Standards Committee until 2010 .
Pohle is currently active primarily as an author of scientific articles and as a member of several supervisory boards , e. B. at sanofi-aventis until 2016. On all supervisory boards he is or was also chairman of the audit committee . At DWS Investment GmbH , Pohle was a member of the supervisory board until April 2, 2009.
Pohle is married and lives in Berlin. Since 1957 he has been a member of the Corps Rhenania Tübingen .
