The Small Palace in Nowy Duninów is located in Nowy Duninów in the Płock County and the Masovian Voivodeship . It was probably built between 1835 and 1840 as a hunting lodge in neo-Gothic style . The building was not completed as originally planned. It has an irregular floor plan and consists of a three-story brick building with a basement and an attached four-story tower on the east side.
In the past, the castle was surrounded by ponds that have now dried up and is part of a larger park that is part of a larger, increasingly decaying castle in the neo-renaissance style from the 1860s. The building served various functions; Among other things, it was used as an Evangelical Lutheran chapel. After the Second World War , a cinema ("Gosia") and a small hotel were built here under the state PTTK. Later, an agricultural machinery factory from Płock and the municipal administration were owners. Today it belongs to a private person. The building has been a listed building since 1959. In summer 2010 it was renovated with the help of public funds.
