Allerheiligenberg Monastery

The Allerheiligenberg Monastery was a Catholic monastery in Lahnstein . It belonged to the Congregation of Missionaries Oblates of the Immaculate Virgin Mary ("Hünstelder Oblaten"), but was no longer used from spring 2012 onwards.

The Allerheiligenberg Monastery has been privately owned since the end of 2014.

From 1919 to 2012 the Oblate Fathers were active on the Allerheiligenberg near Lahnstein and take care of the Allerheiligenberg chapel . For many years there was a community of people's missionaries on the Allerheiligenberg. A youth community was founded here in the 1990s. Until the monastery was closed, the Scholastic for the Central European Order of the Oblates was located on the Allerheiligenberg . After the novitiate , the young religious came to Lahnstein and from there studied theology at the Philosophical-Theological College of the Pallottines in Vallendar. Most recently 10 religious belonged to the monastery, including students and priests from Germany, Namibia, South Africa and India.

The Allerheiligenberg Chapel is located in the immediate vicinity of the monastery .
