The monastery Marcilla (NS la Blanca de Marcilla) was established in 1407 Cistercian abbey in the Spanish region of Navarra . It was in the municipality of Marcilla on the Aragón River .

history

The monastery was founded in 1407 by Santa María de la Oliva (Navarra) built out (after the resident since 1160 Benedictine in the Cistercian convent Cambrón were changed), and existed until the disentailment in Spain in 1835. Its buildings house since 1865 a convent of Augustinian Recollects with Affiliated Philosophical-Theological College (part of the University of Navarra since 1982).

The church was built in 1783. The right wing of the complex was built from 1774.
