The monastery judges of the Augustinian Canons pen Dießen first lived in different properties in the men's road and protecting road before 1620, the monastery Judge Andreas Faber, a stately home was built Dießen below the monastery wall on the border between the cloister Mark and the spell market. There were initially six farms on the site, but these burned down in the Thirty Years War and were not rebuilt afterwards, but instead were added to the garden of the monastery judge's house.

After secularization and the abolition of the Klosterhofmark, the building had served its purpose as the seat of the judges and became the forestry office building from which, among other things, the Bayerdießen forest was administered.

The property has been home to the Dießen Police Department since 1981 .
