The Kluane River is a right tributary of the Donjek River in Canada's Yukon Territory .
The Kluane River forms the drain of Kluane Lake . It flows in a north-northwest direction over a distance of 85 km before it flows into the Donjek River on the right . The Alaska Highway follows the course of the Kluane River for a while before turning west. The Kluane River has an average discharge of 75 m³ / s at the discharge from Kluane Lake .
The river is the destination of whitewater canoe trips that run from Kluane Lake downstream to the Yukon River.
