This association, into which the active male voices are already growing, wants to be a home for the CISians who are leaving the active male choir.

Appearances

The choir can mainly be heard in the Stuttgart region in church services and spiritual concerts. He also gives an annual benefit concert in favor of sick children in the Stuttgart region. However, performances and concert tours also take the choir far beyond the borders of Baden-Württemberg and Germany. There have been performances in Switzerland, France, Poland, Finland, Spain, the Czech Republic, Austria, Norway and Canada, among others. The boys 'choir collegium iuvenum Stuttgart is now one of the leading boys' choirs in Germany. This is underscored by the enthusiastic reviews the choir recently received for its contribution to the concert tour through Bavaria and Austria, including its appearances in Salzburg Cathedral, the Mariazell Basilica, St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna and Melk Abbey.

An annual joint choir free time in Michelbach an der Bilz provides not only intensive rehearsal work but also space for joint leisure time activities.

Concerts of the choir could be heard on the radio (including on SWR , DeutschlandRadio Kultur in Berlin and Deutschlandfunk in Cologne); Various CD recordings have also been made, for example at Carus-Verlag and Quell-Verlag Stuttgart.

The choir is financed by the Förderverein collegium iuvenum Stuttgart e. V., which is recognized as charitable. The choir is supported by the commitment of the choir members, parents and friends. It is also institutionally funded by the city and the country. The newly built Domsingschule Stuttgart , in which the collegium iuvenum resides today, was inaugurated on March 11, 2007.
