Koen Barbé (born January 20, 1981 in Zottegem ) is a former Belgian cyclist .

Barbé became an interim professional at Vlaanderen-T in 2004 . He became Belgian champion in the U23 class in 2003 and won the Grand Prix Rudy Dhaenens in 2005 . In 2009 he moved to Landbouwkrediet and ended his career at the end of the 2013 season.
