The Koh-e Hindkai ( Persian کوه هندکى) is a 2212 m high mountain in the Bagrami district of Kabul province . Name variants are Koh e Hindaki, Hindki, in some sources u. a. the Encyclopædia Iranica also Indaki or Indki . For the Kabul Hindus, the Koh-e Hindkai has a religious meaning.

Another mountain with this name is located about 10 km south of Kabul city center. But because of the Tschehel Sotun Palace ( Persian چهل ستون'Forty Pillar Palace') from the 19th century, this mountain is called Koh e Chehel Sotun .
