Kokotsha is a village in the Kgalagadi District in Botswana . It is located in the east of the district, 40 km north of Werda . Kokotsha is on the A 20.

In 2011, 1224 people lived in the village. They were spread over the eleven settlements of Humutu, Janeng, Klarface / Botsalano, Kokotshana, Manong, Marakajwa, Minorsalt, Morabeng, Motlhabaneng, Peloebotlhoko and Tsong.

A parsonage was built for the Evangelical Lutheran parish in 2012/13 with the support of the Rhenish church district of Simmern-Trarbach . This maintains a partnership with the Southwestern Church District of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Botswana (ELCB), which also includes the Lutheran Christians of Koktotsha.
