Kgalagadi is a district in Botswana . It is 105,200 km² and has 50,720 inhabitants (according to the 2011 census).

The district is located in the south-west of the country, borders South Africa and consists to a large extent of the Kalahari desert. The Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park covers over a third of the area. The seat of the administration is in Tshabong .
