Kweneng is a district of Botswana and the center of the Bakwena tribe of the Batswana , the first ethnic group in Botswana to be converted to Christianity by David Livingstone . The district's seat of government is Molepolole , Botswana's most densely populated city after Gaborone and Francistown . Other larger towns are Mogoditshane , Thamaga , Gabane and Kopong . 304,549 people live in the 35,890 km² area, which is divided into the sub-districts Kweneng East and Kweneng West .
