Yvonne Zima

Yvonne Marie Zima (born January 16, 1989 in Phillipsburg , New Jersey ) is an American actress .

life and career

Yvonne Zima was born as the youngest daughter of Dennis and Maria Zima. Her two older sisters, Vanessa and Madeline Zima , are both actresses as well. The latter is the best known of the Zima sisters for her role as Grace in the US sitcom The Nanny .

Zima herself made her film debut in 1994 at the age of five in the hospital series Emergency Room . She appeared in the role for the first six seasons and was the first of the two girls to play Rachel Greene . Hallee Hirsh took over the role from the 8th season . Further film and television programs followed.

Zima likes to sing, play the guitar and write poetry . She plans to start a band with her sisters .

Awards

Zima has been nominated three times for the Young Artist Award , but each time came away empty-handed. Her short story Drowing in Los Angeles was awarded third place in the "Short Story Contest" of AIM magazine.
