Mannhausen Colony
The Mannhausen colony , with an area of 0.575 km², is a residential area of the municipality of Calvörde .
location
The village is located about eleven kilometers northwest of Calvörde and three kilometers west of Mannhausen im Drömling directly near Piplockenburg . Until December 31, 2009, the living space belonged politically to the former municipality of Grauingen . The Mittelland Canal runs south . In 2001 the 40 hectare Mannhausen shallow water zone was built to compensate for the widening of the Mittelland Canal.
