The college at the Central Committee of the All-Soviet Lenin Communist Youth Association was an institution of the Komsomol .

It existed from the 1940s to 1990 and was a cadre forge for the international communist youth movement with students from over 140 countries. The location was Moscow at ul. Junosti 1-4.

The courses included history (primeval times - new history), psychology , pedagogy , Marxism-Leninism . The duration of the study was 8 semesters . Annual courses of study were also offered for further training. Western European communist and socialist youth organizations also had leadership cadres trained here, some of whom operated under cover names and with cover identities. The FDJ of the GDR also had its leadership cadre trained here.
