The Komsomolets Glacier is located in the extreme southeast of Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia .

The Komsomolez glacier is a 16 km long valley glacier and left tributary glacier of the southern Engiltschek glacier . Its nutrient area is on the northern flank of the main ridge of the Kakschaaltoo below the Pik Erkindik ( Pik Kirow ) ( 6073  m ). In the west are the mountain slopes of the Kaindy and Engiltschek ranges . In the east, a ridge with the 4905  m high Beherowka peak separates the Komsomolez glacier from the Proletarski Turist glacier, which runs parallel to the east .

The glacier area of ​​the Komsomolez glacier covers 74 km². The glacier has a width of 950 m in the lower area. It flows into the southern Engiltschek glacier at an altitude of 3771  m .
