Konrad Adenauer (club official)
Konrad Paul Karl Adenauer (born January 9, 1945 in Honnef ) is a German club official.
Life
Adenauer was born as the second child and eldest son of Konrad Adenauer (1906-1993), the eldest son of the first German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer and Emma Adenauer . He grew up in Cologne with his five siblings. From 1980 to 2015 worked as a notary in Cologne. From 1994 to 1999 he was a member of the Cologne City Council for the CDU and during this time chairman of the cultural committee.
He works on a voluntary basis as chairman or on the board of the following foundations and associations:

- Friends of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation ,
- Archaeological Society Cologne eV,
- Friends of the Cologne City Museum eV,
- Society for Rhenish History ,
- Rhenish Association for Legal History,
- Cologne History Society ,
- Deutschordens-Wohnstift Konrad Adenauer eV,
- Scientific Association for the Teutonic Order,
- Stegerwald Foundation ,
- Freundeskreis Botanischer Garten Köln eV
- Association of Friends and Supporters of the Heart Center of the University Hospital Cologne.
In addition, Konrad Adenauer is a founding member of the Friends of the Institut Fran undais Cologne and chairman of the board of the Cologne House and Landowners Association from 1888. His latest commitment is devoted to the Friends of the Roman City Wall Cologne.
He is a member of the Catholic student associations "Rappoltstein" (Strasbourg) Cologne and "Asgard" (Düsseldorf) Cologne in the Cartell Association of Catholic German Student Associations (CV). He married his wife Petra (née Schwank) on August 6, 1979 in Cologne.
In an article for the tabloid Express , Adenauer denies man-made climate change and criticizes Greta Thunberg .
