Konrad Hartig

Konrad Hartig (* 1864 in Lauf adPegnitz ; † March 3, 1948 in Seßlach ) was a German teacher and local researcher.

Career

Hartig came to Seßlach in 1897 and taught there as a main teacher at the elementary school until 1928. In addition, he researched the extensive history of the city, which he presented in a chronicle in 1934. In the city he appeared as a caretaker and promoter of cultural life. In 1928 he wrote a forest game about the city in the time of the Lords of Lichtenstein .
