Konrad Ketteler (Canon)

Konrad Ketteler (* in the 16th century; † in the 16th or 17th century) was a canon in Münster .

Life

Konrad Ketteler came from the Westphalian noble family Ketteler , from which numerous well-known personalities emerged. He was the son of Jasper Ketteler zu Middelburg and his wife Margaretha von Galen . His uncle was the Osnabrück Cathedral Provost Konrad Ketteler. His cousin Hermann Ketteler was a canon in Münster. On October 9, 1557, at the presentation of Dietrich Ketteler, he received a cathedral praise from Münster and was emancipated three years later. He renounced his benefice on June 2, 1590.
