Konrad Schinkel (* in the 16th or 17th century ; † December 27, 1682 in Lübeck ) was mayor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Konrad Schinkel came from an old Lübeck merchant family. One of his ancestors, the merchant Arnd Schinkel, founded a vicariate in Lübeck's Marienkirche as early as 1497 for the chapel under the south tower of the church, named after him from then on. In 1657 he was the senior man of the Lübeck skipper driver . Konrad Schinkel was elected to the Lübeck council in 1659 and appointed mayor of the city in 1680 .
