Konstantin Dmitrievich Perski ( Russian Константин Дмитриевич Перский ; born May 21 . Jul / 2. June  1854 greg. In Tver province , Russian Tsarist Empire , † March 23 jul. / 5. April  1906 greg. ) Was a Russian physicist and engineer . He taught as a professor at the then Mikhailov Artillery Military Academy (in the St. Petersburg district of Kalininski ).
