Mobellaspor AŞ was a Turkish football club from Konya .

history

In the 1994/95 season Mobellaspor played, at that time still under the name Selçuk Üniversitesi , in the 3rd Lig (Group 7) and finished 12th of 14 possible places here at the end of the season. The following season, however, went much better, at the end of the 1995/96 season they reached 8th place, the highlight was a 5-1 win on the penultimate game day against Afyon Şekerspor . In the following season, the 1996/97 season, you could increase your performance with the 6th place again, the highlight of this season was an 8-1 win against Etibank Seydişehir Alüminyumspor . In the 1997/98 season, the table was finished in 11th place.

rise and fall

For the 1998/99 season, the club changed its name again, with the new name Konya SÜ Endüstri SK they achieved second place with 68 points, first place was only missed because Hacettepe SK had the better goal difference with the same number of points (Hacettepe SK had a difference of +47, Mobellaspor +44). With the achievement of second place, the club rose to the 2nd league. There Mobellaspor continued his series and was even first in Group 3 after the end of the 1999/2000 season and was eight points behind Kayserispor with 43 points . The march through could not be achieved, however, because you reached seventh place in the promotion round, which was not enough for promotion.

At the beginning of the 2000/01 season , the name was changed a third time, this time in Mobellaspor AŞ , and again played a role in the battle for promotion places. With reaching third place, participation in the promotion round was missed. In the 2002/03 season, the club, meanwhile again in the 3rd Lig, did not take part in the game, so all results were rated with a 0-3 defeat. The association was then dissolved.
