Koo Ki-lan (born March 10, 1977 in Masan , South Korea ) is a South Korean volleyball player . With the national team , Libera reached eighth place at the 2000 Olympic Games and played in the World Grand Prix . Two years later she took part in the World Cup in Germany and was named the best acceptance player.
