The granary in Ulm is a former granary from the Renaissance .

The Kornhaus in Ulm's old town was built in 1594 under the direction of the master builder Caspar Schmid as a three-storey warehouse building with a high roof truss also intended for storage purposes. Before that there was already a smaller granary on the same site, which was built in 1407 instead of a demolished chapel.

The sgraffito technique of the façade of the Renaissance building, simulating a stone structure, has a wave gable on the west and east sides . On the south side there are two portals with elements of the transition from the late Gothic to the Renaissance.
