The former Eichamt Korschenbroicher Straße 3 is located in the Hardterbroich-Pesch district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The property is located as a head building at the confluence of Jenaer Strasse and Korschenbroicher Strasse, directly east of the tracks on the Aachen – Mönchengladbach and Mönchengladbach – Stolberg railway lines .
architecture
The building is three-storey and eleven-axis with a six-sided floor plan and under a steep tile roof with a bell-shaped roof at the top. The construction is made of plaster and brick.
