The Börgitz war memorial is a listed war memorial in the village of Börgitz in the Uchtspringe district of the city of Stendal in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the war memorial is listed as a monument under registration number 094 76414 .

General

The war memorial in Börgitz is located at the intersection of Börgitzer Dorfstrasse and Hillerslebener Strasse on a hill made of field stones . It is a stele for the fallen of the First World War with an iron cross as an ornament and crowned by an eagle with outspread wings. A memorial stone was subsequently laid in the field stone hill.
