The Gerwisch war memorial is a listed war memorial in the village of Gerwisch in the municipality of Biederitz in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the war memorial is listed as a monument under registration number 094 71268 .

The war memorial is located on the main road (B1) that runs through the town, west of the church in Gerwisch.

layout

The war memorial is a stele that stands on a stepped base. The stele is crowned by an iron cross and an eagle. A name plaque for the fallen of the First World War was embedded in the stele.
