The Granschütz war memorial is a listed war memorial in the Granschütz district of Hohenmölsen in Saxony-Anhalt . The memorial stone is listed in the local register of monuments under registration number 094 85093 as a monument .

The war memorial was erected for those who fell in the First World War . It is a stele crowned by a steel helmet. Below is a walking lion and the inscription To the glorious memory of our fallen heroes 1914-1918 . The inscription is bordered on the sides by two swords pointing downwards . The inscription on the reverse is only partially preserved because part of it was forcibly removed. It reads (part removed) And you sealed this act with your death . The names of the fallen are inscribed on the sides of the stele, but some are no longer legible due to weathering.
