War memorial Kleineichstädt
The Kleineichstädt war memorial is a listed war memorial in the village of Kleineichstädt in the Grockstädt district of the city of Querfurt in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the war memorial is listed as a monument under registration number 094 21117 .
The war memorial in Kleineichstädt is located on a small square at the east entrance of the cemetery at the intersection of the Strasse des Friedens and Schmoner Strasse , southeast of the church in Kleineichstädt . The war memorial is a stele with a relief of crossing swords and a victory wreath . The stele was probably crowned by something earlier. A device for this can still be seen on top of the stele. The war memorial was erected in memory of the fallen soldiers of the German-Danish War of 1864, the German War of 1866 and the Franco-German War of 1870/71.
The war memorial for the fallen of the First World War is located in the churchyard .
