Osterfeld War Memorial (First World War)

The Osterfeld war memorial is a listed war memorial in the town of Osterfeld in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the memorial is listed as an architectural monument under registration number 094 86137 .

The Osterfeld war memorial is located at the intersection of Naumburger Strasse and Bauernweg in Osterfeld. It is a natural stone monument with a memorial plaque for those who fell in the First World War . The memorial plaque contains the inscription 1914 - 1918 In memory of the heroes who died in World War I and the names of those who fell.

In addition to this, there are two other war memorials in Osterfeld. One near the church and one for those who died in World War II on the Schloßberg.
