Stegelitz war memorial (Tangerhütte)

The Stegelitz war memorial is a listed war memorial in the district of Stegelitz (Tangerhütte) in the village of Lüderitz in the city of Tangerhütte in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the war memorial is listed as a monument under registration number 094 71475 .

The war memorial is located at the church in Stegelitz.

Design and history

It is a boulder on a field stone base. The boulder is crowned by an eagle with spread wings.

The memorial was erected only for the fallen of the First World War . A plaque with the names of the fallen is located inside the church, one each for the fallen of the First and Second World War .
