Kristín Helga Gunnarsdóttir
Kristín Helga Gunnarsdóttir (born November 24, 1963 in Reykjavík , Iceland ) is an Icelandic author for children and young people.
Life
Kristín graduated from high school in Reykjavík and then studied Spanish at the University of Barcelona , the University of Reykjavík and the University of Utah in Salt Lake City in the USA . There she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Media Studies and Spanish. From 1987 to 1998 she worked as a presenter and speaker on Icelandic radio and television, including for the private television channel Stöð 2 .
