Kristine Quance

Kristine Quance (born April 1, 1975 in Northridge ) is a former American swimmer.

At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta , she was Olympic champion with the 4 × 100 m medley relay of the USA , although she was only used in the heats. In the finale, Amanda Beard swam for her. At the Pacific Championships in 1997 she won the title over 200 m medley and 400 medley as well as silver over 200 m butterfly. In the same year she was named America's Swimmer of the Year .

After her career, she became a swimming coach.
