Hrvatska Demokratska Zajednica 1990

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Croatian Democratic Union 1990 or Croatian Democratic Community 1990 ( Hrvatska Demokratska Zajednica 1990 ) is a party of the Croatian ethnic group in Bosnia and Herzegovina . It emerged as a splinter party of the HDZ BiH due to internal party differences in April 2006 and is led by Martin Raguž .

It appears as a nationally oriented Christian Democratic party and primarily advocates the preservation of the Croatian ethnic group as a state-supporting ethnic group of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, alongside the Federation and Republika Srpska, calls for the creation of a third (Croatian) entity in the state as a whole.
