The Kulibin Nunatak ( Russian: Нунатак Кулибина Nunatak Kulibina ) is a completely isolated Nunatak in the East Antarctic Coatsland . It rises west of the Shackleton Range on the edge of the Filchner-Ronne Ice Shelf .
Russian scientists named it after the Russian mechanic and inventor Ivan Petrovich Kulibin (1735-1818).
