Culture and Art Law

Culture and art law describe the legal issues related to culture and art ( visual arts , performing arts , music , literature ).

An exact definition of cultural and art law depends on the underlying theoretical concept of culture , art and law .

Culture and art are characteristics and expressions of human existence and actions. The law regulates human coexistence.

Questions of cultural and art law can be found in private, criminal and public law (cultural constitution and cultural administration law as well as monument law and cultural property transfer law), in international private law as well as in international and European law.
