The home and cultural center Walkmühle is a museum set up in a listed former fulling mill in Gundelfingen on the Danube .

In the mill on the Obere Bleiche, built in 1730, fabrics used to be made. The listed building with the monument number D-7-73-136-29 was provided with a hipped roof and a rich, classical facade around 1800 . It stood empty for a long time until the renovation in the 1990s. The former machine room on the ground floor became the event and exhibition hall, the upper floor houses the museum rooms, which include a true-to-original farmhouse parlor, a maid's chamber and the permanent exhibition "Grandma's Kitchen". In the future, historical equipment from agriculture and handicrafts will be exhibited in the attic. The attached "Bleichestadel" is used by the city for events.
