The Kupol Lejtenanta Smidta ( English transcription from Russian Купол Лейтенанта Шмидта Kupol Lejtenanta Schmidta , German 'Leutnant-Schmidt-Kuppel' ) is an ice dome in the ice shelf of the Princess Martha coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud .
Russian scientists named them. It is named after the Russian naval officer Pyotr Petrovich Schmidt (1867–1906).
