Kurt Wille

Kurt Friedrich Theodor Wille (born February 2, 1894 in Lenzen ; † May 6, 1945 ) was a German administrative lawyer at the time of National Socialism .

Life

Wille studied law at the University of Jena . As the second of his family, he became active in the Corps Franconia Jena in 1912 . In early May 1933 he became a member of the National Socialist German Workers' Party ( membership number 2.782.003). From 1934, Wille worked in the Reich Ministry of Justice as a consultant for political criminal matters. In 1936 Wille was promoted to Ministerialrat and became a clerk for insidious cases at the higher regional court in the Bamberg district .

After the invasion of Poland , Wille became the "General Secretary for Political Criminal Matters" during the German occupation . From the end of October 1939 until the beginning of 1945, Wille was head of the main department of justice at the government of the Generalgouvernement (GG). From mid-May 1942, he held the title of President of the Main Office of Justice .

Wille was killed "in Russian captivity in 1945". Nothing is known about the place and circumstances of his death.
